General Manager

A Mitchell’s Mex GM dictates culture and the direction of their store. The GM must be accountable to their staff while achieving several different metrics. All of this is expected while being pulled in as many different directions as needed to create a spotless and fun work environment where our guests can enjoy our incredible fresh mex experience.

Assistant General Manager

A Mitchell’s Mex AGM helps establish culture and the direction of their store. The AGM will assist the GM in helping build the team of employees built on positivity and focusing on providing a spotless environment for our customers to enjoy their incredible fresh mex experience.

Kitchen Manager

A Mitchell’s Mex Kitchen Manager helps establish culture and the direction of their Kitchen. The Kitchen Manager is directly responsible for ensuring that inventory levels are kept at the proper amounts as well as maintaining a proper rotation, while also keeping a positive attitude for all the kitchen staff.

Team Lead

A Mitchell’s Mex Team Leader is a positive cross-trained individual capable of performing all tasks at a high level. They are very hands on and not just an above average team member. They are expected to do more than just supervise a team. They should continually find ways to enhance the motivation/ performance of each team member to better the customer experience daily.

Team Member - Front of House

A Mitchell’s Mex Team Member is a positive cross-trained individual capable of performing all tasks at a high level. These tasks include but are not limited to ingredient prep, excellent customer service, task management and cleaning of the restaurant. They are hard-working and accountable individuals who keep a calm and positive attitude under pressure while delivering exemplary customer service with a smile!

Team Member - Back of House

A Mitchell’s Mex Team Member is a positive cross-trained individual capable of performing all tasks at a high level. These tasks include but are not limited to prep cooking, ingredient prep, burrito building, task management and cleaning of the restaurant. They are hard-working and accountable individuals who keep a calm and positive attitude under pressure while delivering exemplary customer service with a smile!
